Love Is Freedom Store – Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Love Is Freedom Store! We want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, Love Is Freedom Store offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Please note: Refunds are not offered. All approved returns will receive store credit only.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be in the same condition in which it was received
- Item must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, please email us at shoploveisfreedom@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s)

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Love Is Freedom Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a resolution in the form of store credit or replacement at our discretion.
